At ZLF, we represent people of all walks of life and professions. I have had the honor over the years to represent a great number of professionals accused of crimes, including physicians, nurses, dentists, psychologists/psychiatrists, lawyers, accountants, brokers, and professionals of all types. Often, if there is a crime charged, the licensee also has to defend that license before various professional boards in the State of Maine.
We had that same situation with a medical doctor we represent. I am happy to report that the medical board complaint against his license has now been dismissed. Congratulations to him, happy holidays, and Happy New Year!
