Our client was referred to us by a judge who was a friend of his. The client was facing charges of Gross Sexual Assault on his daughter, and DHHS had substantiated him for abusing her. We dug in. After months of work, I am very pleased to report that the charges are dropped, and today we learned that DHHS overturned its own decision. Huge congrats to our Client and team!
